Bring your list of questions! We'll talk about what's coming in labor and what you're hoping for, so you feel ready. Dad is welcome to join us too.
Talking through your birth
Birth doesn't always go the way you planned. If you're still thinking about how it all went, we can talk it through together. I'm here to listen.
