Wondering how this all works? Here are the ones I hear the most.
When should I reach out?
The earlier the better! Due date getting close? Ask anyway.
Can we meet on Zoom?
Yes! We can meet for 45 minutes to make your plan, or to process through your birth afterward. It's $75 per 45 min.
What if I'm nervous about labor?
Oh, that's so normal. We can meet on Zoom and talk through whatever is on your heart.
Do I need a birth plan?
You don't need one to reach out. If you'd like to write one, I'd love to help! We can get your wishes down on paper together on Zoom.
Can Dad come too?
Yes, please bring him! Dad is welcome on our Zoom, and there's so much he can do for you in labor. I'll show him how.

Can I talk with you after baby comes?
Yes, of course. If the birth didn't go the way you hoped, we can meet on Zoom and talk through the whole thing, whenever you're ready.
Do you give medical advice?
No, I leave anything medical to your doctor or midwife. If something doesn't feel right for you or baby, call them right away.
