You don't need anything figured out before we talk. Just tell me a little about you.

When baby is due, or when baby arrived
Where you'll be delivering, so I know if I can be there in person
What kind of help you're hoping for: a doula for the big day, or a Zoom consult with me
What you're most excited about, and anything that worries you

Please leave medical details, like health history or test results, out of that first message. We don't need them to get started.
